Take your game to the next level with our professional padel coaching. Join us for private lessons, group sessions, or intensive training programs and master the game with confidence!
Gameplay & Scoring
- Played in doubles on an enclosed court.
- Scoring follows tennis rules: 15, 30, 40, game.
- Matches are best of three sets.
Serving
- The underarm serve must be below waist height and bounce once before being hit.
- The serve must land diagonally in the opponent’s service box.
- A let is called if the ball clips the net but still lands in the correct service box.
Ball in Play
- The ball can bounce off walls after hitting the ground.
- No volleys on serve returns.
- Point lost if the ball bounces twice or hits the fence before bouncing.
Winning a Point
- Opponent misses the ball, hits it out, or into the net.
- Illegal shots include hitting the ball before it crosses the net.
Fair Play
- Respect opponents, call points fairly, and replay disputed points.
Essential Rules of Padel Court
- Court Dimensions – 10m x 20m, enclosed by glass & metal mesh walls.
- Scoring System – Same as tennis (15, 30, 40, game). Best of 3 or 5 sets.
- Double Bounce Rule – Must return before second bounce.
- Playing Off the Walls – Allowed, similar to squash, for strategic play.
- No Net Contact – Players cannot touch the net or cross to the opponent’s side.
- Winning a Point – Opponent fails to return, ball bounces twice, or is hit out of bounds.
- Ball in Play – Can bounce off walls but must hit the ground first. Volleys allowed except on serve.
- Serving Rules – Underhand serve, ball must bounce before being hit, two attempts allowed.
